Sloodle v2.2.0 JOG branch

Features of this branch:
1. supports moodle-3.x
2. fix some bugs
3. delete the function to keep up the Rezzer (I'm worried. But this feature is not necessary for me)
4. Presenter: uploads multi files with drag & drop operation
5. Tracher: supports note card configuration
6. Prim Drop: supports new assignment module of Moodle
7. Backpack: supports functions to send awards to grades and OpenSim money (with DTL/NSL Money Server)
