As I see no official release, could anyone share with me the binaries that work on 0.9.0.0?

You have "official" for last 0.9.0 version if you download with svn from repository http://www.nsl.tuis.ac.jp/svn/opensim/opensim.currency/trunk/

I tried downloading those and compiling them to get 0.9.0 binaries but I couldn't work it out.

Do you have the binaries MoneyServer.exe, OpenSim.Data.MySQLMoneyDataWrapper.dll and OpenSim.Modules.Currency.dll for 0.9.0 ?

I test it in 0.9.0.1 compile and work without problems the svn version 821

the svn version 813-821 is for the latest 0.9.1 Dev.
The 0.9.1 Dev is considerably changed in the source code of OpenSim.

Another issue is that in version 821 we have two "mono.security.dll" files,
one in root folder other in /config folder.
I am using the file with data 15‎ January‎ ‎2017 with size 291 KB (298.496 bytes)
the other one is from ‎16‎ August ‎2017 with 327 KB (335.360 bytes) size.
