hi, i am having trouble to receive or send offline message throu in grid
not sure wi_offlinemesage tab;le is broken for 0.7

wi_offlinemesage table is OpenSimWi Redux's table.
We rewrote code of offline message function at Modlos.
At Modlos, DB of Modlos is used as DB of offline message.
If you use Modlos(or XoopenSim), you should set below in OpenSim.ini.
for Modlos
[Messaging]
InstantMessageModule = InstantMessageModule
MessageTransferModule = MessageTransferModule
OfflineMessageModule = OfflineMessageModule
OfflineMessageURL = MOODLE_URL/blocks/modlos/helper/offline.php
MuteListModule = MuteListModule
MuteListURL = MOODLE_URL/blocks/modlos/helper/mute.php
for XoopenSim
[Messaging]
InstantMessageModule = InstantMessageModule
MessageTransferModule = MessageTransferModule
OfflineMessageModule = OfflineMessageModule

Do you set MuteListModule and MuteListURL ?
MuteList function does not work in Modlos v1.4.x, but you should set those.
