恐怖の サイドバイサイド構成 エラー 
- VS2005/2008 のランタイムがないと言うエラー．主に Windows7, Vista で発生．
- どのランタイムを入れれば直るの？ というくらい再配布用ランタイムがゴロゴロある．
VS 2005 の場合
- 開発マシンの C:\（プログラム フォルダー）\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\vcredist_x86\vcredist_x86.exe をターゲットマシンで実行する．
