CA_PEM_File 
- When sl_relay is started with the -aca option, sl_relay tries to confirm the SIM server. At this time, the CA file used by Lindenlab is specified.
- The communication fails if the SIM server can't be confirmed.
- Default is /usr/local/etc/sl_proxy/CA_lindenlab.pem
- The file C:\Program Files\SecondLife\app_settings\CA.pem from Windows XP is used.
