Application Form - release 1.3.3 errors

Thanks for giving us version 1.3.3. I installed it on my Moodle 3.5.2 (Build: 20180910) test site and I get lots of "pix_url is deprecated" errors:

Example: on page /mod/apply/edit.php?id=xxxx :
