Please try to use 'c:/Users/..../helper/'

If it is still useless, yet.
You can rewrite "include_path" in php.ini

include_path='.;C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP\pear;C:\Users\Fabio-mobile\Dropbox\skylinegrid\skylinegrid\bin\helper;C:\Users\Fabio-mobile\Dropbox\skylinegrid\skylinegrid\bin\include'

Here, you should use \ instead of /
