V2 Group Confliction

I did some tests not to long ago, and it turns out using this in conjunction with the new Groups V2 module built into opensim, I don't know whats going on but it causes some sort of conflict and makes balances only load when two people are on a sim at once...

Hi,
I test our currency server only by Flotsam_XMLGroup function.
I have not used V2 Group function.
I'll try to use it.
But, since I do not have a server pc now, I take time for a while.

Hi,
I found bug of https connection with 0.8.0Dev(r/24407). And I corrected it.
But when I use latest svn, I was not able to find the those problems.
Please use latest svn(http://www.nsl.tuis.ac.jp/svn/opensim/opensim.currency/trunk), and report more detailed.
