0.9.2 dev fail compiling. (information for solve)

Mocule DTLNSLMoneyModule fail from today 04.27
Can not compile in windows 7 with this error:

<cia-opensim> mantis 8688: put RegionStatsHandler : BaseStreamHandler tempory back, to give time for external modules to update

the module should be changed to use RegionStatsSimpleHandler instead
