0.7.6 Banquer avatar never take the money.

When a user upload a picture or create a group or... pay for some service I can see in the database transactions the receptor is always 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000@0.0.0.0 and not the banker avatar

I have defined in MoneyServer.ini :

;If "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" is specified, all avatars can get money from system.
;If blank is specified, nobody can get money.

In OpenSim.ini
