uploading mesh does not cost a thing?

Whenever someone uploads mesh his/her account never gets charged with anything, how can i fix this problem?

Sorry, mesh upload cost is not implemented in our Money Server.
I will investigate whether it can be or not.

everything else works fine, it deducts 10 per upload just not for mesh it completely ignores mesh when deducting from the balance.
i have a lot of mesh developers on my testing server and they get the message that the paid $0 and that is also included in the transaction log

sorry for above,
when a player uploads the mesh it does not take any money from that user but it does show up in the server that someone just uploaded something and in the database it shows it in the transaction table with the amount as 0.
the player also says that he/she gets the message saying that 0 was taken from him/her
i use opensim 0.7.4.0 and i am not sure what version of the money server, my guess goes to the latest since there is no version info within the application

when i try to upload mesh it comes out as either one of these 2:

Can you upload image file (ex. jpeg) with charge?
If charge is 0, Money Server is old.

opensim.currency-0.7.3 is for OpenSim-0.7.3 and OpenSim-0.7.4

yes everything else gets charged 10 just as i configured it, that's the part that confused.

it works!, it charges 10$ as i have set in the config, the only thing i do get is that it does not show the amount when i upload mesh, for textures, animations, sound, etc it shows "You just paid G$ 10" and when i upload mesh it shows "You just paid G$ (0)"
