Thanks for giving us version 1.3.3. I installed it on my Moodle 3.5.2 (Build: 20180910) test site and I get lots of "pix_url is deprecated" errors:
Example: on page /mod/apply/edit.php?id=xxxx :
pix_url is deprecated. Use image_url for images and pix_icon for icons.
line 292 of \lib\outputrenderers.php: call to debugging()
line 330 of \mod\apply\edit.php: call to renderer_base->pix_url()
