Exception during region border crossing

Sporadically During region border crossing my avatar gets the message hat he had just paid everything he has, and his balance drops to 0. After the next crossing his balance is automagically restored.

In the Console I see this error when thi happens:

Hi

You have to set up Money Server Module at all the SIM(s).

When balance drops to 0, that SIM does not setup Money Server Module,
or the setup is wrong.
