Region Information 
Explanation
- Display Region information
- Administrator (Estate Owner) and Voice Chat Channel can be changed.
- If you specified a mode of voice channel, all percels at region becomes to same mode. But, it is necessary to reboot region to change effectively.
Items
- UUID: UUID of Region
- Coordinate: Coordinate of Region.
- Admi User: Estate Owner.
- Voice Channel: Voice Channel of region. But, Voice Channel is defined by each percel at region. This is most low level channel in region.
