The communication port with sl_relay is decided by the negotiation at random.
When the same host has neither sl_relay nor sl_info, the negotiation and the data communication might be tapped.
When the negotiation is tapped, or when the data communication afterwards is tapped, there is a possibility for the terminate command to be poured, and to be stopped compulsorily.

The use port and the connection password are decided by the negotiation with sl_relay.
The connection password is not strictly used too much (it is possible to tap it). This is an advance hint to the version in the future.
Only data from IP address and the port number notified by the negotiation is relaid to the Information Gathering Server.
When the data communication afterwards is tapped, or when the negotiation is tapped, the infomation of the imitation might be poured in the Relay Process.
