Proxy_Allow_File 
- When the internal WEB proxy is used in limited mode, WEB sites where the proxy can be connected are listed.
- Default is /usr/local/etc/sl_proxy/proxy_dist.allow.
- Please see WEB Proxy Function of sl_relay for an explaination of why such a file is necessary.
- The format of this file is the same as Hosts_Allow_File.
