If Sensor Window of Rinions does not display colored user and white line (skeleton line), please check installation of Kinect SDK or OpenNI/NITE.
Which do you use "Kinect for Windows" or "Kinect for Xbox360" or Xtion?

What version of the singularity viewer that you used?
Rinions supports 1.6.0, 1.7.0 or 1.7.1 now.

If you use 1.7.x, please download SingularityViewer-1.7.x-Rinions.exe of the same version as what you are using form http://www.nsl.tuis.ac.jp/xoops/modules/xpwiki/?Rinions%2FSupported%20Viewers

And copy downloaded SingularityViewer-1.7.x-Rinions.exe to original SingularityViewer Folder.
Maybe it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Singularity or C:\Program Files\Singularity
