I discover this error recentrly.
All function in groups works fine but when I try to add a user to a role then have this error in console.
Group exist, key is well and doing query manually work fine.

complete log in region console "x" added by me censoring some uuids and password.
I see the RequestingAgentUserService is empty may be this is the problem?

What version of OpenSim do you use?

delete member of a role and the other functions work well. Only fail add existent user to a role

Please download http://www.nsl.tuis.ac.jp/svn/opensim/flotsam_XmlRpcGroup/trunk/xmlrpc.php
and replace it.

directory is XOOPS_TOP/modules/xoopensim/flotsam_XmlRpcGroup
