Hello Fumikazu.
What is the latest version of the Application Form that you have released for production?
The plugin page on Moodle.org, https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_apply, still has version 1.2.0 (2016062800) as the latest version. Your Subversion repo on http://www.nsl.tuis.ac.jp/svn/php/mod_apply/trunk/ shows version 1.3.2 ($plugin->release = '1.3.2';)
Can we use that '1.3.2' version in production or is it still under development?
