Version witout a Grid ?

Hi,

Iam have a sim in a Grid, i have no Access to Databases from Grid, and this Grid has not Currency installed...
So i have a Question: Is that possible to make a version for a Local Sever, if i have installed a Websever with a Mysql Database... later is its Possible to make some PHP and LSL scrips to Administrate the rest ...

I know that is more than for use like PlayMoney, RolePlayMones, Tokes ... What ever

a nonGrid Version as Addon for a Sim will be fine...
