Currency Server Rev 821 is not compiling win7-64 from a week (10.12.18) with in 0.9.0.1 dev

Another issue is that in version 821 we have two "mono.security.dll" files,
one in root folder other in /config folder.
I am using the file with data 15 January 2017 with size 291 KB (298.496 bytes)
the other one is from 16 August 2017 with 327 KB (335.360 bytes) size.
