概要

Viewer -> SIM
テクスチャデータをリクエストする．
テクスチャデータは UDPで転送するために分割されており，Packetは分割されたデータの内の何番目のデータであるかを指定する．
DiscardLevel, DownloadPriority, Type の詳細は不明．
ダウンロードプライオリティが 0の場合は，SIMサーバの反応をみていると，「次のテクスチャデータ」を要求しているように見える．ただし，この場合はSIMサーバが転送したテクスチャデータを覚えている必要がある(?!)．本当か？
