SLKinect2 is not supported now.
Please use Rinions instead. Latest version of Rinions is 3.4.0

What is version of anm_server?
Latest anm_server may not be supporting SLKiect2.

And ...
Please check the your firewall, too. anm_server uses 8200-8300 UDP port by default (you can change it).
Please try to connect to our test server (silver-star.nsl.tuis.ac.jp:8200) for test.

If you are beginner of Linux/Unix, you can work it on Windows.
Rinions includes binary anm_server.exe for Windows.
Please double click anm_server on Desk Top of Windows.
Please set IP of PC that works anm_server.exe and 8200 port to Rinions.
